The lottery is only valid for purchases with payment in the shop, so it is applicable only to ON-LINE ORDERS WITH ON-SITE PICK-UP AND PAYMENT.

By choosing Hand Pick-up when ordering online, you will be able to choose one or more items to be sent to one of our two shops, you will be able to evaluate their purchase, and you will be able to choose whether to buy all or none of them.

Do I have to pay them online?

Items marked AVAILABLE NOW can be paid in the store, while others, without the marking, must be prepaid.

Questions and answers on HAND PICK-UP ('in-store')

  • Which payments are accepted in shops?

  • I have placed an order at this time, can I pick it up immediately?
    To pick up your order, you have to wait for a confirmation email (in addition to the order summary) from our staff with the AUTHORISATION and pick-up times. Until then it is not possible to collect the goods.

  • How long does it take before my order is available in the shop?
    Delivery time depends on the items, but when you choose in the shopping cart where to pick up your order, you will be given the estimated delivery day. Please note: If there are several items in the order with different delivery times, the date will be determined by the item with the longest estimated time.
    When the goods are in the store, you will receive an e-mail alert. From that moment you will have 3 days to collect your order. Any delays must be communicated directly to the referring shop, you will find the references in the AUTHORISATION e-mail sent to you.

  • What is the cost of a hand pick-up?

    The HAND DELIVERY service (or pick-up at head office or shop) costs € 3.00 whatever the amount of the order.

  • What are the BENEFITS of hand picking?

    Hand pick-up is a useful service when you have no possibility of having the goods delivered by a courier, or when you need to evaluate the item before payment. With the hand-pick-up service, you can TRY the item or exchange it for a different size at the same price as the online order.

  • When is it not worthy to request a hand pick-up?

    Some customers use hand pick-up for the purchase of a spark plug or for low-cost items. In this case, it is not convenient to request this service.

  • I want to buy an item and avoid paying for 'hand pick-up', how can I do this?

    You can use the GET  IN STORE NOW service by using the button on the product page (you need whatsapp). 

  • How does the GET IN STORE NOW service work?

    The GET IN STORE NOW will put you in touch with the shop directly (WhatsApp needed)

  1. Select the article you are interested in
  2. In the article page you will find the button GET IT NOW IN STORE, click on it and a window will open showing the availability of the article in our stores
  3. If the item is available, you can click on the corresponding WhatsApp logo
  4. The staff of that store will answer you during the opening hours and provide you with the right information.
  5. Wait for staff confirmation to pick it up within 2 hours

  2. call the store you would like to go to to check the availability
  3. The shop operator will reserve the article in your name
