In the headquarters, the style center works closely with the marketing division to define image strategies, brand positioning, planning the launch of collections on the market and studying the presentation of lines, from fairs to stores. The marketing division is also responsible for studying the coordinated image of the brand in the world in the various forms of communication.
MOMODESIGN carefully follows the entire evolutionary and production process of its creations in collaboration with licensees, from design development to pre-industrialization to product quality control up to the definition of market and distribution strategies. The guarantee of a licensed product is given by the choice to collaborate only with companies that have as a common denominator quality, craftsmanship, innovation as well as a competent and widespread international distribution network.
