  • When will my order be processed?

    Orders are processed daily, Monday to Friday.

  • Where do I check the information and status of my order?

    Within your PERSONAL AREA you can go to your ORDERS and by selecting Details, you will find the order status. You will also receive an e-mail at your address notifying you of the order status and any anomalies. 
When we send your parcel to the courier, you will be informed by e-mail, you will receive a tracking link and you will also be able to monitor the shipment.

  • What are the delivery time schedules?

    Delivery times depend on model and size. When selecting a size, the estimated delivery date will be indicated. If several articles with different delivery times have been added to the order, the delivery date will be determined by the article with the longest delivery time.

    In the shopping cart, you will be able to choose between two shipping methods with different delivery times:
    - QUICK delivery - faster
    - STANDARD delivery

    Delivery times are approximate. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated day will not entitle to compensation.

    We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

  • I would like to receive my order quickly how can I do it?

    On the website you will find items marked AVAILABLE NOW, if you choose only these items, your order will be shipped quickly, because they are items we have on Ready for Delivery.

  • What happens if I am not at home?

    The courier makes 2 deliveries, if no one is found, he leaves a non-delivery notice in the mailbox and a notice by e-mail. You can contact the phone number to make arrangements.

  • Can I enter a different address than mine?

    Of course, within the order, you can enter a different address than the billing address.

  • How much is shipping to Italy?

    Shipping with delivery in Italy on the Motorstock website is extremely affordable.

    STANDARD DELIVERY SHIPMENTS:
    - € 4,90 on all orders up to  198,99 euro 

    - FREE of charge for orders over 199,00 euro (Only for Italy - Excluding cases and suitcases)

    QUICK DELIVERY SHIPMENTS:
    - € 9,50  PROMO € 5,90 for all orders

    NOTICE: for some localities the shipping cost may change, the system will show this as soon as you enter your address and postal code.
    It is not possible to ship to these 3 locations: Campione d'Italia (22061) - Trepalle (23030) - Livigno (23041). 

  • Do you also ship abroad? How much does it cost?

    Yes, we ship abroad. Entering the address will indicate the costs and delivery time according to the country to which the order is to be delivered.

  • Are shipping costs refunded in case of withdrawal?

    The cost incurred for STANDARD delivery will be refunded.
    The cost incurred for QUICK delivery will not be reimbursed (as per Art. 56 § 2 regarding the Right of Withdrawal).
