The TOURAN helmet is one dei the most requested models in the last 4 years, born in 2015 and perfectly matches the Sporty / Touring concept that Premier has been looking for in this last decade. Its sporty but elegant lines, combined with the most requested technical features such as the retractable sun visor make it a versatile product for most dei motorcyclists.

The helmet is composed of first choice materials such as dyneema and carbon fiber, with the addition of aramid and epoxy resin weighs only 1300 gr and is equipped with a ventilation system refined and studied to perfection.

FEATURES OF A HELMET MADE IN PREMIER:

1 - OUTER SHELL

The Premier range consists mainly of products made of composite fibers. The technicians are Premier aware of the fact that the mere use of precious materials is not enough to obtain a good shell; For this reason, continuous tests and continuous research have generated exclusive and innovative fabrics that Premier uses for the molding of its shells

2 - INNER SHELL

The inner shell is an essential element to ensure   the safety of the helmet, this is molded  in expanded polystyrene and can be produced in different densities. The inner shells produced by Premier can also be single density or double density. The design of the inner shell is studied by the R & D department to ensure great comfort to the user while ensuring a very high degree of absorption of the energy arising from any impacts. 

3 - VENTILATION SYSTEM

The Premier helmets are equipped with air vents and extractors to always guarantee an ideal temperature inside the helmet. Once entered, the air   is diffused throughout the helmet thanks to the ducts present in the inner shells.

4 - INNER PADDING

The use of extremely technical and cutting-edge fabrics and rubbers has always distinguished the production of padding dei Premier helmets. The fabrics used are carefully selected so that they can guarantee high moisture absorption, withstand many cycles of use and maintain the initial wearing comfort over time. The premier fabrics are all treated with a special antibacterial and are hypoallergenic.

5 - VISOR

The Premier visors are injection molded in Lexan, an excellent quality material that offers very high protection against UV rays. Our visors are produced   with a special anti-scratch treatment that makes them more resistant to scratches; moreover, many dei our helmets are equipped with the Pinlock® antifog system.

6 - STRAP

The retention system is a fundamental element for safety, the strap has the important task in case of a fall to ensure that the helmet remains   correctly positioned on the head. Strict and continuous leak and durability tests are carried out on belts, brackets and closures to obtain ever greater quality and safety.
